Great time. I was looking for some blood to be drained and Clifton medical centre sorted it within a few minutes. The doctor was fast and efficient and was able to take my blood pretty sharpish. If you need to loose some blood then this is this place to go.

Good doctors and nurses when you can actually get to see them. Phoned for an appointment for my son who had been suffering with earache for 4 days and was told the only available appointment was 10 days later. The receptionist said it was the earliest appointment and when I asked her what to do about his pain she just said give him some paracetamol. I told her that he wasn't allowed to take paracetamol but she just wasn't interested . So the next day I had to pay to see a private Doctor as I couldn't leave my son in pain for another 10 days. Shocking patient care and a bad attitude from the receptionist, a disgrace to the NHS. Would have given zero stars but you have to have a star to post your review.

EDIT: 5 stars more for a very helpful Dr. Vohra. In a few days he's done more to help me than other surgeries in last 6 years. It's much better than a year ago when I wrote this comment. In 80% of cases I wanted to make an appointment in a last 3 years I was send to an A&E. If I wanted to spend all my life on A&E I wouldn't need to choose any surgery. Online booking is always inactive and maybe 1 slot appears weekly if you are lucky to catch it online. Ladies in a reception are mostly unhelpful and there is a huge lack of information how many appointments are available in total. Even if you go early morning at 7 to book something you will be probably send to A&E. There is a lot of differences between rules of booking provided by GP and reception staff. Waiting rooms are empty in the morning and it is still impossible to get an appointment in more urgent problem. I have a several conditions which make me difficult to walk for most of the days and I am mostly left without any help. Good thing is that GPs are mostly very helpful as well as nurses and phlebotomy staff if you have a luck to get an appointment.

Both Clifton and wickersley on half day for training, wouldn't it make more sense to have one on half day and the other taking appointments or is that too much like common sense
