The staff at NJ Eye and Ear are friendly and very helpful. Also Dr. Bush is an excellent Ophthalmologist. I saw her today and she explained my problem in detail. Very good to find such a nice Doctor.

Nice PEOPLE
I am not the one to share my experiences at places but today at NJ EYE AND EAR, I was helped by Deisy and I had to express my gratitude towards her. Talk about customer service skills, she’s got it. Talk about kind and helpful, she’s got it. Talk about being resourceful and putting the customers priority and concerns first and at ease, she’s got it. Not only I feel happy after being helped by her but also feel like she made it easy for me and to me that’s very valuable. I’ve been a customer of this place for 3 years now and have always had a great experience. Top notch service.

Do yourself a favor and never go here. My wife and kids came here TWICE and both times the receptionist couldn't verify their insurance. Verification should've been done during the week, NOT wait until the family is standing in front of you on a Saturday morning when Insurance companies don't have customer service Reps to verify. This happened TWICE like I stated earlier. The first time, I get it, they didn't know. They rescheduled my family and said they'll take care of it come the next appointment. Obviously they did not since we made another wasted trip to this unprofessional hell hole. On top of all that, they had a "It's not our fault, we don't care" attitude about the whole thing, BOTH times. We're taking our business elsewhere to which they might not even care and that's fine by me, but PLEASE don't go there, I wouldn't want anyone else to experience such horrible customer service like we did.
I’ve always been iffy about this place. Some times they are nice, other times they are so unprofessional and rude. You guys need to get it together. Nice customers are supposed to be treated with curtesy. If they are well mannered no need for the rude way of communicating. Some of you need people skills, rude!
The staff and doctors where great... friendly and kind and so very helpful ..Xavier in optical was so helpful in helping me find my frames ..thumbs up all around ..I will recommend this place to friends and family ....
They said the glasses were going to be ready in 2 weeks but it turned out 3 months! We called 3 times and every time we called, they said they will call us once it’s ready. But they didn’t call and we kept waiting. We wasted a lot of time. Moreover, the business hours on the website is not right! You better call before you go. Worst experience!
