They have what appear to be two teenagers running the front end. Went in at 12 o clock only an hour or two after they open. They were out of half the items listed on the menu. I then decided to grab a few pretzels 3, but they looked old and not the most appetizing. They had just pulled out some fresh one’s so I asked if I could possibly get 5 of the fresh ones instead of the 3 nasty looking ones and the cashier gave me an attitude about the request and heard comments under her breath. How do you run a pretzel factory and have half the items available and then proceed to give attitude with a simple request. It wasn’t even busy I was the only customer in the store. I understand everyone is hurting with Covid but then remove items from the menu online as well as a note or something stating your out of items. The other locations are a bit better but Clifton NJ is a no go for me. Poor staff, poor management, poor customer service.

If anyone knows me they know I love a GREAT soft pretzel. I made a last minute order and called 3 locations. Clifton made it happen for me and I was SO EXCITED! ( I’m sure people at the party were too! ) Kind service & very quick. It was definitely a busy morning here for super bowl but they were very organized and prepared for the rush of people. Pretzels were great ! sides are the best ! Lots of parking !
You can't go wrong with a pretzel platter at your next get together/party.
I always go here i went got 5 pretzels with cheese today. The pretzel was under cooked took it back and the girl behind the counter put on gloves i take out the bag show her what i was talking about she like thats how they are ma'am no they are not suppose to take gummy. Never had this experience before nor have i ever had to bring anything back to store me any my friends was just in there on Friday fresh out oven pretzels and great service from the young ladies that day.
Love this place! Friendly staff, always something yummy to eat. Weekly specials, the Crowd Pleaser is a no-brainer!
