Please do not confuse this place with medica clinic in town. Clinica medica on crow road saved my lip after another technician elsewhere really messed it up. They were all so kind and supportive and looked after me in a really scary situation. Their clinic is top notch, clean and professional. 110% recommend them to everyone.

Went today with my daughter for the first time for skin treatment and the service was fantastic. Dr Awfa Paulina and Kirsty MacLeod especially really made my daughter feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly. The clinic is of very high standard of cleanliness and professionalism. The staff on reception were also very polite, professional and made the initial welcome even more special by offering tea and coffee while we waited. I can't thank you enough and we are very grateful. Look forward to seeing you all again. 5/5

Poor customer service, emailed and phoned a number of times, they were unable to provide information on success rate to confirm if any treatment works. After a number of calls I was finally put through to the owner/doctor of the business, he was also very rude and not very helpful, he advised that he was unable to speak to me regarding anything without paying 65 fee just to tell me exactly what I already know. They push on arranging a consultation when all you want is simple question answered. This is a company that is only interested in making money.
