We took our dishwasher parts in to the Clinton location for warranty repairs. We stopped in a few days later to check in and were told they were busy and would need a few more days. We stopped in a few days later again only to be told they may not fix it due to the cost of the repair. We purchased extended warranty with the dishwasher. The salesperson and one of the owners were rude and did not seem to want to resolve the issues. They wanted to argue about the day we took the parts in instead. We have purchased thousands of dollars of appliances there and they're worried about providing us with a few hundred dollars worth if repairs. I will never go back.
My wife and I recently purchased a washer and dryer and dishwasher, all may tag products. There price and customer service can't be beat. We are extremely happy with our purchase. It was fantastic to be able to get great value for our dollar locally rather than having to drive to a city centre to make our purchase. Thanks again Dan and staff.
