After buying a boat here in June 2019, I'd NEVER do business with this place again. They took my money , and NEVER completed the paper work. They never paid the sales taxes, nor the title transfers, or license. I was very lucky and was able to get the titles at least. They need SHUT DOWN period.
Very bad experience took me 6 months to get the title and had to go pick up the trailer l was promised. Jeff Gibbs should never be allowed to sell another boat ever!
Took our boat to Clinton Marime first...3000 later they told us they don’t have a certified technician at Sullivan and that our boat should have been taken to Clinton a long time ago. Now it has been to Clinton...Twice...and today we end up on the rocks. BEWARE!
I have owned a lot of boats over the years and recently traded a Cobalt in for a new Cobalt model at Clinton Marine. Jeff Gibbs treats you great and really does go out of his way to provide outstanding service. I literally saved several thousand dollars over other dealers for the exact same boat. I would not buy another boat without going to Clinton Marine. Kara was also great at giving me updates on my build sheet. These people know boats and have been in the business for many years and it shows. If your looking for a great deal, this is the place to shop. Great Job!
Kept our boat for a simple repair almost 3 weeks, never even looked at it. We’re taking it elsewhere.
