Highly recommend Dr. Joan Lee! She’s professional, has excellent bedside manners, and performed my eye surgery successfully. I recovered quickly and without any complications. She carefully listened to my concerns and answered all my questions during every visit. Dr. Joan Lee is truly an incredible doctor.

2 years ago I had my cataract surgery there with Paul Phillips as my Doctor. Scared to death but went through it without any hiccups. There is always a wait to see the doctors but it's worth the wait. Highly recommend and now my partner is going to see him for the same surgery.

Always a long wait, at least 45 minutes. . Doctors are very good, but office staff are not very friendly or accommodating...not all but most.

Dr. Joan Lee did my eye cataract surgery just a week ago and I could not be happier with my entire experience. All the staff and nurses at Paul Phillips Eye & Surgery Center were fantastic as well. Very caring, informed, and kind. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Joan Lee for cataract removal surgery.
