I was there yesterday to get a jacket for my new dog. Rebecca helped me and she was amazingly helpful. I was there again today with questions about dog food. Jasmine helped me and again she was very helpful too!! Both great employees!

Good stuff for our furry friends!
Groomer was friendly however I brought my dog in specifically because I needed his nails done. When I come back they said they could not do them especially since there was only 1 person in today and my dog was difficult. No big deal I figure let me call and see if I can go to another location and get them done maybe with more groomers. So I call the corporate number to see if that was possible and ultimately get connected with the manager of the location I was just at. She then argued with me and told me that nail trim is not included with the bath package and I technically got my other dogs nails done for free. So while I was on the phone with her I went online and viewed the page for what was included and clear as day ail trim\ was listed (see photo). I understand my dog was difficult and you cannot compromise the safety of your employees. But then give me a refund for that part of the service I did not receive. Do not try to tell me that it wasn't included when I'm looking right at it. The manager here was very condescending. I frequently go to this store but will not in the future.
There are several employees here who really go the extra mile. Very knowledgeable and helpful. When I called to ask a question about something in stock, the woman who answered took the time to walk over and check the shelf herself - sometimes it's the little things. This is a really well-run store.
