When you only have one option for high speed Internet, it better work and work well... Thankfully, TCC has been rock solid for the past 4 years I've been with them. In this time, I can count on one hand the number of times my connection has been down, and when it was they were quick to resolve it. Compared to Rogers which I used to use when in the big city, this company is light years ahead in terms of network quality and customer service. Hopefully it'll stay that way in the future too...
