What a freaking rip off!!! You can not get them by telephone. You can not E and or G mail them. The rare Chrysanthem I ordered for 20.00 is. at Lowe's for 1.99 or anywhere else. Do not use this guy. Am disputing payment with my bank. Going to local civil court to seize property in Michigan. Wire fraud!!!

My experience was extremely unpleasant. I placed an order with the company, which was promptly acknowledged, and was told that I would receive emails when the order was pulled, when it was shipped, including tracking numbers. After I got no emails and the package didn't arrive I wrote repeated emails requesting tracking numbers and shipping status. These were not acknowledged nor returned. When I emailed to say how unhappy I was I was told to call Larry. I was told to refuse the shipment if it came, which it did, and I complied. When I spoke to Larry the next day he said it was the fault of my email, and that Gmail was undependable, and that he would refund my payment when the package was returned. I could reorder but only if I changed my email server. I researched the possible problem with the email and when it became apparent that the problem was in Larry's software I emailed to let him know, and also to suggest he specify PO pickup since he complained that he lost many plants due to the PO's delayed delivery. He then emailed to tell me that any future orders would be refused. I found Larry patronizing and offensive. I cannot comment on the quality of his plants, unfortunately. And when I suggested that of everyone involved I was the only one who had delivered on all my promises including researching his software problem he could deliver the customer satisfaction that he promised by tossing a few \ugly\ plants into the order when it was resent he accused me of blackmailing him. I specifically said all I wanted was the plants I ordered, and that my review in no way depended on his sending any extra plants. Larry is a jerk. I feel sorry for the people who work for him, at least one of which seems to be customer friendly. Do not believe his promises of satisfaction, because if anything goes wrong with your order he will blame you. The refund was made as promised. I still think Larry is a jerk. But the refund came on time.
My husband purchased a tree for my birthday and it unfortunately arrived damaged. I contacted Andrew, explained the problem and sent a photo, and he promptly replaced my plant. I found him reliable and generous and would work with him again.
