My husband and I purchased our beautiful Nordic spa from Jeff at the Clinton twp Viscount location. It was delivered today by his wonderful crew. We will never shop at any other pool place and have purchased all our pool supplies in the past from them as well. They are all very knowledgeable and have always treated us like family. We love our new spa and can’t wait to use it! We have also purchased our pool table from them as well and Mark and the crew were amazing when setting that up for us as well.

By far THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE around!!!! My wife and I bought a pool and hot tub from Mark and Jeff and have experienced nothing but great support from them and there staff answering all our questions. After months of waiting for our hot tub and finally getting hooked up the same day as delivery we couldn’t get it to run so on a Sunday morning coldest day we’ve had so far Mark comes out and diagnosed for over an hour without giving up, he has his electrician come out just to find that the problem was on our end and got it up and running in minutes!!!! We’re so thankful for going with an amazing company!!!!! Thanks again for EVERYTHING, you have us as loyal customers forever!!!!

I’ve been going here for years and I have never been disappointed. I even went in recently and they had 3 stooges flights that I can’t find anywhere for my new darts. Purchased a pool table a few months ago too and I’m amazed at how perfect the whole install went and the quality of my table. Everything about this place, all the way to the great employees is just fantastic. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Customer service, product, and knowledge. These guys are the BEST in EVERY category. Before I bought my pool, I was a little nervous about keeping up with the maintenance, chemicals and everything else. Jeff, Mark, and their team were so helpful in helping me make my family's dream of a backyard pool come true!!!. They even have a water testing department that takes the guess work and doubt out of the picture. Why would I drive past 2 pool stores to get my supplies and help from them? ONE REASON...They are the BEST!!!
