Called with a question and was put on hold. While on hold they hang up on me. I immediately call back and get an answering machine stating they are closed and call back tomorrow. Pathetic, sad and lazy.
Terrible employees, they over charged me on my water bill by 150 in one month and after proving that to them they refused to give me a refund.
