Ordered a charbroil Gas 3 burner BBQ during lockdown. Estimated 3 day but delivered next morning (less than 24 hours) on a pallet. Also good quality charbroil branded cover was included. Very impressed with service. BBQ awesome and working well.

Ordered Q3 Weber BBQ , cover , griddle, BBQ and cover arrived on time, griddle did not. I had to enquire only to be told that it was now out of stock and they could not advise when it would be in stock again. They suggested cancelling and re ordering and they would advise when in stock again . A week or so later checked website and sure enough there it was back in stock, rang to confirm that stock was physically there and was told yes but could not have the previous offer/original price paid . Poor customer service customer service Spent 500 with this outfit could not be bothered to do the right thing in my opinion I would score product 5 stars and customer service 1 star

Ordered a big green egg off this company and the price was hard to pass up. However the egg was delivered with a broken lid and we are unsure of who was to blame. Tool a few days to get into contact but can understand in these times it is hard to follow up on all inquiries. To be fair to the company they organised and sent a replacement lid that was delivered a week later. So good price and response to issue but slightly disappointed in customer service.

Excellent all round value. I purchased a Weber GBS BBQ on-line, and it arrived very quickly. I noticed that the lid had arrived slightly scratched, however one quick, and extremely polite, phone call with Alison and a new replacement lid arrived within 2 days directly from Weber. Very happy with both their sales and support service.
