Superb boot fitting and measuring service. Had booked appointment in early Nov and then lockdown came, so shop contacted us and offered earlier appointment on their day off. Really good fitting as we kept our boots until Xmas and have now used them 3 times doing over 23 miles, dry comfortable and no ill effects at all! Would recommend to everyone for service and quality beyond!

Absolutely fantastic fitting service, extremely thorough, even down to the precise method for lacing the shoes for the best fit. Great range of boots, shoes and walking sandals. I discovered that I've been wearing the wrong size of unsupportive walking shoes. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great service. I spent over an hour being fitted for walking boots and walking shoes. They take lots of measurements. They ask about back or legs or feet problems. There wasn't any hard sell at all. They explained how to care for the them properly. How to lace them to support my feet. Highly recommend

Whalley Warm and Dry is a great place for outdoor ware. I have bought boots and waterproofs from them. I had my feet measured then I was recommended a pair of boots. I have worn the soles down and now they are having new soles put on my boots as I type this. The staff are very professional and helpful, I can recommend this company to anybody wanting hiking gear. As above a great knowledgeable company.
