No chance on earth I’ll be ordering anything from this lot, considering the reviews and the pathetic responses, and I’ve got thousands to spend on local businesses at the moment. What an un-Australian way to do business! Ironic is the name.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! They will take your money, ignore all your communications and will not send your order. My worst online shopping experience ever. I understand delays due to coronavirus, and all that it entails and was initially very patient and friendly - but how hard is it to simply answer an email request for an ETA?! I ordered a pair of boots on May 20 and it's Sept 17 and still nothing - no boots, no communication. One email from them on June 13 to say, "We sincerely apologise for the lengthy delay in shipping your order" and nothing since. After numerous emails regarding an ETA, I then asked for a refund, and still nothing but silence. I ordered a second pair on May 27 for a birthday present and they were shipped June 24. I'll give them one star for that, but I'd give minus five stars if I could for the other order. A desire to support Australian manufacturers and suppliers and this is the result. Extremely disappointing.
I have experienced the same service as many others. I placed an order on 1 July 2020 and still haven't received it. I have sent so many enquiries and never got a response. They were quick to take my many though, pretty sure that's called stealing. I don't recommend clobber leather and it is safe to say I'll never purchase anything from there again. Shame on you.
Ordered these based on a friends recommendation who had had a pair for many years. I ordered these July 20th with the expectation they would be a little longer than the 2 or 3 weeks due to COVID. They took 7 weeks. Communication was not good and it should have been better which is why 1 star deducted. That said the product is good and I would buy them again. They have been around as a company for a long time.
I AM CONCERNED THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN OUR MONEY AND RUN My wife ordered Ugg Boots on 22nd July for my Birthday, still havent arrived. After several attempts to contact them and the promise that they will get back to me (and my wife on separate occasions) they never have! It is now nearly 3 months since these were ordered, money has been happily taken but not goods delivered...Really disappointed as we have supported Clobber Leather for many years being Ex-Pats of Wollongong. I would really like an ANSWER as to when they will arrive, thank you
A scam. Like so many others ordered months ago. No goods. No response to emails or calls. Do not buy from this 'company'. BTW Clobber; happy to remove this post or change review if you get back to my wife (who ordered and emailed) or me (who rang), AND we get the order. Until then, a 0 star rating stays (but have to give you 1 for no reason!)
BEWARE; I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO ORDER FROM CLOBBER AUSTRALIA - Save yourself the heartache. I am extremely disappointed with this Company based on my personal experience. Money was accepted, 7 weeks later, they still haven't shipped the order. Clobber Australia has not responded to several attempts to contact them (email and phone). Really poor. 'Zero stars'. Go elsewhere. [EDIT] Update: I have now received my goods, 121 days after my order was placed. No contact from Clobber AU. Product good. Service terrible. 'One star'.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Ordered a pair of ugg boots on 27/6/2020 (2 months ago). 1st time I phoned on 20/7/20 asking an ETA on the delivery of my ugg boots and I got an email back the next day saying another colour is available to ship ASAP or I could wait 1 more week and i could have the colour I ordered. I tried phoning - no answer. I tried phoning again around 20/8/20 and no answer, I emailed asking for a phone call back and never received a phone call or email. 1) they do not give you an ETA when you place the order, just an email confirmation 2) they do not answer phone calls, reply to emails or phone back when asked 3) I have now contacted my bank to advise of goods not received to get a refund. I have purchased ugg boots from clobber when they were at there show room for years and never have I had to wait 2 months. Even when dealing with overseas companies I have received better and timelier customer service.
