This is the second time I’ve used CBD and, again, they did not disappoint designing three separate closet designs in my new condo. In the first job,. they took a cavernous, useless space and turned it into a spacious, useful pantry. I’ve been having fun stocking it! The second space was my walk-in clothes closet. It’s now functional and pretty to look at. The third space was designed around storage for my deluxe Scrabble game board (maybe a first for them) in my guest bedroom coat closet and they did not disappoint. A place for everything and everything in its place.

One of the most miserable experiences I have had with a home improvement project. Let's start from the beginning - 1. September - The designer showed up an hour later to our appointment, and then left some of her things here. 2. We wait a couple months for our installation, which we are told is normal. 3. November - The installer, which is the only person we've found that has a brain, finds that the design won't actually fit in the space at all. 4. Jenn, who is apparently 'important', comes to our house, designs something else. Says the new closet will be installed before Christmas. 5. We get a call from Jenn saying our new closet will be installed in January! Exciting, but not what was promised. After some arguing, it'll be installed before Christmas. 6. December - Second installer shows up. Doesn't have any of the pieces he needs to build the closet. We call Jenn - her colleague says she's not in the office, but we know that's a lie because she picks up for the installer. The installer leaves to go get all of the supplies. 7. Second installer comes back, has the old design which he says won't fit. After some more argument, our good friend Jenn gives him the updates ones. Finally, finally the closet is installed, and it's fine. It's fine, but nothing to be excited about. So overall, if I could go back, I would never even considering working with this company, and will be sure to never do so again. The original designer did a terrible job. Customer service was objectively the worst I've ever seen. I strongly recommend to look elsewhere.

We had a great experience with closets by design. Christine Champ was very responsive and easy to work with. She was happy to perfect the design until we were completely happy with it. We shopped around for 3-4 other quotes and theirs was the most reasonable, including nice touches like wood backing and crown molding. The installer showed up on time and finished the job the same day and cleaned up after himself. We couldn't be happier with our new closet!

I finally have a beautiful closet. We had a new home built on a lake and wanted to have a closet designed as we lived. The sales design person was extremely helpful and the installation people polite and dedicated to a quality job. Warranty of 7 years ....excellent. I would use them again.
