Robbie and Bobby arrived as scheduled. The installation of my customized closet took 4.5 hours and the work that they performed was spectacular. The men were professional and did not leave any messy areas at all. Now, I enjoy being in my master closet and the master suite now feels complete. I had to wait 2 months for the installation and the wait was well worth it - I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Closets by Design - Jacksonville

The installers gave a call ahead as requested & were super friendly. They did an excellent job adapting to the space the RIC was designed to go in. The drawer faces needed to be taken off since it was a tight turn. The installers spent extra time taking care to install & trim out the edges accuratley & cutting down the bench back splash & adding a piece on the right wall to make it look cohesive. I love my entry bench & cabinet, I spent months looking at different options, & I went w/ a custom job, as behind a door bench can be tricky to measure. Howie did a great job, caring about the work he did & was professional.

I had Closets by Design install a custom closet. I Absolutely love it. My installers name was Darren, and he was amazing. He was very respectful, very clean, kind, courteous, extremely, and polite. He made the experience a great one. I have no regrets and if I need any more customs designs in the future, I would definitely like to use him again and I recommend that you guys try him and see what I am talking about.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new walk-in closet. I had a great design experience with Lynn when planning the closet, followed by the excellent installation team of Jamey and Jason. J & J were very meticulous in the installation and making all the adjustments on site. They were very respectful of our home and a pleasure to work with and I appreciated them cleaning the area before they left. I would highly recommend Closets By Design for their design experience, customer service, and installations.
