Whilst waiting quite a long time to be served I had decided on a maximum of 3 stars but the lady who finally saw me was cheerful, helpful and everything you'd expect in a shop so I upped it to 4 stars.

Will return very good store had what i need for sewing for teenager daugther gcse textiles.
I love the store and it has a great range of items. You can find anything you need for your crafts. The only disadvantage is that I couldn't find there a lift to go to the first floor. I usually go around with a buggy and I find it frustrating that I can't get to the items I need.
Lovely store for crafts. Always get what I need here for sewing, crocheting and staff very helpful. Ordered my lounge curtains and had them made up. Fabulous job they made
