Shambles of a company, read everything contractually before you sign with CloudCall. From the word go the pricing went up and up and up, finally reached a deal and here we are 5 months in. They are unreliable, very unresponsive, will take your money gladly each month but trying to speak with anyone to get any assistance has taken us 5 months to date. If you want to reduce a user if a member of staff leaves they tell you you cannot and ultimately none of the integration functionalities you pay for work .. I have heard of some very few people having success with this company (Apparently they used to good) but nowadays not worth the hassle.. many are leaving and I would save yourself the stress, hassle and time and go with another provider. I rarely leave bad reviews but after 5 months I would not want anyone to experience the same issues that we have. Would give zero stars if it was an option.
