While I can see where the other reviewers are coming from, I found my stay to be pretty cozy. If you're not after good food, this seems to be a decent place to hide out and grab a comfy seat with power outlets, plenty of light snacks, and self-serve liquor, beer, and wine. It's hard to complain when the place is quiet, has good chairs, and I can grab a cappuccino spiked with rum and a snack. Location is everything in the Miami airport, and I wish I would have come here first instead of trekking to the frankly overcrowded and dirty Centurion Lounge, of which I'm used to. Pretty good, I'll definitely come here again on my next flight over the pond if I'm flying out of a gate near it.

The worst lounge ever. I booked for a first class ticket and I never saw this even with usual business lounge. No service, no plugs, everything is old. The desk reception is barely polite it s unacceptable!

For the record, this isn't a fancy lounge. My girlfriend and I stayed here to kill the time before our flight with TAP (which this place was included because we're flying business class.) The beer & drinks were great and the food was okay... mostly snack food to hold you over. Mainly mini sandwiches, chips, snack mix, and salad. This was a better option thank waiting in the terminal.

Arrived on Dec 22. There were 5 screaming kids jumping on couches while their parents sat 20 feet away talking very loudly as well. Absolutely no lounge decorum or etiquette. No enforcement by staff who were missing as well. Stale pretzels and cookies that were not safe to eat as they were exposed to any elements including sneezing and coughing by other patrons. Tried a diet coke from the dispenser with Bacardi rum. Tasted like pure acid. Tried to put up with screaming kids with headphones on and left after 10 minutes to find quieter refuge at the Gate. This lounge embarrassing for Priority Pass and should be expunged.

The worst vip lounge ever. Nothing to offer, dirty, no beers, just bottled water and this thing... watch the picture.
