One of my favourites in Cherbourg! Apart from the lovely girl who owns and runs the place, this restaurant focuses on sustainable eating and all food is BIO. Though it is mostly 70% vegetarian, eggs and chicken are also served. Red meat and certain fish which aren't responsibly fished will not be found on the menu. Charming place with a little private salon if you're simply looking to brunch with a bunch of friends. We spent only 20 euros for well-cooked, sustainable and responsible delicious food. We need more restaurants like these. Love!
