The technician (Ed) was prompt, friendly, considerate regarding virus and masks and informative when assessing repairs on my commercial refrigerator. They had it fixed in a week and the cost was reasonable. Very honest and local business. I will call them first if I need service on any of my appliances.

I love my refrigerator! I never thought I’d be saying that but it is the truth. It is larger inside even though it is the same size as my previous one. It is beautiful. Truly, I am very happy I purchased this after having it suggested to me. I would have never considered it. We have been so blessed to have Haywood Appliance, rather than a large box store, here in Western North Carolina. They are family owned and everyone including the repair dept. work hard to treat their customers with respect.

We purchased a Fisher and Paykel 42 inch range from Haywood Appliance this year. We were not familiar with this brand but the salesperson spoke highly of it, and when we researched the brand, reviews were very positive. The service from sales to delivery by the Haywood Appliance team has been excellent. The range is beautiful and so far, has performed just as we had hoped. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this brand to others.

Whether you are looking to purchase a new appliance or service an existing appliance, I would look no further than Haywood Appliance. A few years ago, we purchased a Wolf Induction Range from this company and had nothing but excellent service before and after the sale. There was one issue that arose with our appliance and between the salesperson and Wolf, the issue was thoroughly addressed quickly! During the pandemic, our refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser broke and so there was never any question as to who I would call to provide service. We were given an appointment fairly quickly and the service technician, Travis, was right on time according to our quoted window of when he would arrive. First of all, he was wearing all the appropriate PPE for working in our house, which we appreciated. Secondly, he was outstanding! What a super courteous, professional and knowledgeable service technician! I can’t say enough genuine praise for him or Haywood Appliance! He got the issue fixed in less than an hour and we were back in businesses! This is a great local company that offers professional sales and service staff. Maybe a lot of people may not factor the service side of a company when they purchase a major appliance, but I would argue that is as important as the sales staff. When it comes to finding reliable, competent service in the mountains, the great companies are few and far between. With Haywood Appliance you get superb sales and stellar service, too. Forget the big box stores or, even worse, online out of state companies....I’m buying all my appliances from Haywood Appliance because they value my business!

Thanks to Haywood Appliance and especially to Alisha Brown for addressing our issues with our refrigerator and our range. In spite of the COVID 19, Alisha demonstrated true diligence in pursuing parts for our refrigerator, and the delivery of our range. It took months to resolve these issues, so we had to exercise some patience, but Alisha stuck with it and saw to it our problems were solved. Thanks Alisha. Job well done, and we are happy customers.
