Have been debating and flaking out on Carter for a few months. Finally glad we made something happen. I was able to get a new to me 2014 passatt SEL fully loaded Last week. Because I loved his sales aproach (laid back and not pushy) and the way the entire deal was handled i brought my mom, dad, and sister there yesterday and after hours and working late we are now a Volkswagen Family. They have joined the Passat with a 2015 TDI Jetta and a New 2017 Jetta! Couldnt ask for a easier process. Many people are put off when going to a dealership due to horror stories that have been told. But this is one salesman/team/dealership you want to work with! The entire process from start to finish was a breeze very transparent and they will walk you through every step of the way.
