For 7 years, CMC has been our partner--providing & repairing our daughter's power chairs. Danielle, Customer Service, is a true professional & goes \above and beyond\, anticipating what is needed. Carlos, the owner, personally fits her chair, giving excellent suggestions, while always open to her own ideas. Earlier this year, Matt & Joshua, came up with an emergency repair, so my daughter was back \wheeling\ to work within 24 hours!! This type of Customer Care is rarely seen--they are a true partner in helping her achieve her goals.

They have helped me navigate insurance issues and do repairs as quickly as possible. CMC is a small independently owned company, that gives personal attention. They go above and beyond the definition of customer service. They are advocates as well! Patti and her staff have helped me take on insurance companies to get my son his wheelchair. I used CMC a few months ago for medical equipment services for my elderly mother. Everyone I came in contact with was very accommodating, professional and explained everything to me very thoroughly, regarding insurance, co-pays and the whole process from start to finish so I knew going in, what was entailed.
