After selling our previous property quickly, we decided to rent through CMK lettings initially for 1 year to wait and see what was coming onto the property market....5 years later we bought another property!! Britta, Trish and the team at CMK were very helpful and always provided good correspondence to any request asked of them. Service and requirements such as Gas check, home visits, repair etc would always be accommodated around our own working hours or at a convenience to us. Would recommend this letting agent.

5 star service from Britta and the team at Cmk lettings ! a true hidden jem in the rental estate agent market , nothing was two much trouble , i found Britta to be very knowledgeable and very easy to get along with yet even offering advise and arranging contractors to sort problems very quickly, telephones are answered quickley by Luke in a super friendly manner well done Cmk i would recommend you
Rubbish experience, the estate agents use of language and attitude is questionable and unprofessional, nothing was straight forward was left with no lights for months and minor repairs were ignored. To then be charged after moving out for ridiculous reasons such an old bed that was probably around 5 years old for a broken slat already there upon arrival. The company seems shady not being straightforward with answers and discussions, I would recommend anyone considering to use CMK, TO LOOK ELSEWHERE there are plenty of landlords and estate agents who will look after you unlike this company, very unsatisfactory reasoning and dealings I would not recommend for anyone.
