My son loved this school, as did my niece. Great leadership in nursery, Mrs Birdsall especially lovely and great with the children. She was actually my teacher many many years ago when I was in Dorset Primary before Oakwood was built on the same site.

Wonderful school
According to Ofsted this school requires improvement in terms of: - the effectiveness of leadership and management - quality of teaching, learning and assessment - outcomes for pupils I was concerned to see a video of a father and his children protesting about ill-treatment at the school. I looked for media coverage of this story and could find only a Leeds Live article which printed only the school's version of events.
Very friendly staff. Helped me to access Blue Badge Parking and very cooperative caretaker. Thankyou guys!
