Extremely poor service, the solicitor is incompetent. She has exposed me to such level of risks that and I am ended up going to court myself.

I am absolutely baffled how the legal team conduct busy or remain in business. They should be put on watchdog, and exposed for there poor service! You pay for all these added extra’s you are offered. There’s me thinking better to be safe than sorry! When it’s time to use those extra’s they tell you some unbelievable excuse why they don’t apply to you! Had a accident 11 months ago! Have not been seen to by a medical examiner! Have not received my 150 for the excess I paid. They have claimed there money back for there payout for the damages. It’s a TERRIBLE SERVICE! Please avoid at all costs as no one who pays for a service should be mistreated this way. If I could give a zero star I would!
These people have dealt with my Aunties estate since January 2019 and it's taken over 11months to sort. POOR communication and very POOR Management, I wont recommend these people to others. I had an uncle pass in july 2019 and his estate has already been sorted. 1 star is too good for this company!!!!!
Very limited Conveyancing is outsourced to DC Law and only deal with straight forward purchases and sales, not other property matters and quote standard rate of 1% available everywhere
On a popular review site, 1 in 4 clients rate them as 1-star. Here on Google it's even worse. Here's why. Hugely mixed service, from some quality lawyers let down by dreadful practice where they issue proceedings, letters and emails riddled with inaccuracies, change the people dealing with your case, and then 10 months after being silent on a disputed amount, issue court proceedings without any further notice as a means of forcing payment whilst a complaint against them is underway. They take no responsibility for their acknowledged errors and use the treat of a county court judgement to force payment of less than 5% of the sum they earnt from me. Their billing system is a nightmare and completely incomprehensible. It's impossible for a client to have trust in that system. Note that on Trustpilot, they have 26% ratings with 1 star - that's more than 1 in 4 clients that say they were let down by Co-op Legal Services. Here it is even worse. Do you want to be one of those clients? Look elsewhere.
