We're never going in here again. Staff member was exceptionally rude and very inept - blaming her inability to find suitable destinations on our requirements. After what seemed an eternity (and phone calls to Italian 'specialists') she found the hotel we'd been too last year... We eventually went elsewhere and got offered the same holiday - exactly the same hotel and flights - for 200 less without rudeness, lame excuses and the waiting. We were also offered holidays in other parts of Italy that (according to the sales prevention lady in the Co-op) don't exist! Guess where we are spending our money...
