I moved here 2 months ago. I love the staff, I can say Helen Acevedo at the office, she is the Leasing Professional, Helen is very kind and friendly. I love the apartment complex. I feel so nice in my apartment, is beautiful! Nice and quite. I live in the paradise. I’m so Blessed. All the areas of the building are very clean: entrance, parking lot, stairs, laundry area. I made the best choice to move in here.

As long time residents of Coach House Chelmsford, we can highly recommend this complex as a very good place to live. The management office is always responsive and Joe, who does apartment and pool maintenance is nothing short of great. 5 stars all day.

Lived here for one year. Apartment is ok. But they are not happy to help. The only thing they love is . I asked for maintenance and the lady said “no, Anyway you will move out, we will fix the curtain after you move out!”. They did move out inspection after we moved out and just said they would not return security deposit because of the carpets and oven were dirty. They even charge more . I returned all laundry cards with keys right after I moved out but they said I didn’t return cards and they will charge 50 for each cards !( before I signed the lease, they told me they will return the card’ fee. But after I moved out, they don’t return anything) The only thing they want is ! It’s difficult to communicate and they are not happy to talk with you!

A great place to live with a clean and beautiful area. Management is phenomenal; the staff really cares about their residents and that is what makes it a standout place to live. The property manager Lacey is amazing! She is always there for any concern or questions. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and helpful and the neighbors are respectful. Overall, I had a very good experience living here! No hesitation to recommend!
