Have nothing bad to say about this transportation company! We utilized a \Limo bus\ for our wedding day to get us from ceremony to the reception with a few stops between for pictures. We were married in June....it was hot...but the bus was not! :) AC was on high, we had drinks on the bus to keep us cool, and our driver was absolutely AWESOME! She took care of us every step of the way! Cost was very affordable compared to other places with same caliber of vehicles- this is NOT a refurbished school bus, but much more luxurious! Blue tooth speakers for music of your choice, plenty of room for all your wedding party/whatever party, and customer service was impeccable. I had no problems booking reservations, and staff was very laid back to deal with. I have booked them before, and there is a reason I called them again, and will do so in the future! I took the shuttle from O'Hare to the Quad City area last night. It was seamless. Everything was perfect. I spoke with the owner (I believe it was the owner) approximately a month prior who was kind and answered all my questions. Last night was so easy and stress free. I was picked up right outside terminal 5 and driven all the way home. Only by chance, I was the only person on the ride. My driver was excellent. We had a great conversation all the way back that made the 3 hours fly by. My driver was polite, professional, relaxing and easy to be with after a long journey. I highly recommend. Recently used Act 2 shuttle services with a wedding party I was photographing. The driver was excellent and very professional. After the evening was over I realized I left one of our camera bags on the bus and immediately went into panic as it had a 1000 lens inside of it. I called the office on a Sunday to my surprise someone answered and was kind enough to help locate the camera bag and allowed me to come get it right away. They could have easily kept it and sold it but its great to know there are business like this that value their guests. Thanks
I needed a ride from Moline to O'Hare to catch a plane. Had a wonderful ride and the driver got me right to my gate.
Nothing is wrong with the transportation itself. However I've never had a business representative treat me so incredibly poorly. The woman from the company that I had contact with was downright disrespectful, had no compassion nor understanding that it may not be as easy for foreigners to be in contact, and frustrated me to the point that I did cry when I got off the phone. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. Unless of course you enjoy paying 90 per person to be harassed and treated like a disobedient dog.
