Fun fun fun! Vanessa is a cheerful and dedicated fitness instructor. Lots of different classes for all ages. As a 60 member I highly recommend the Zumba gold classes and yoga for a really good stretch. Vanessa is enthusiastic and talks through each movement as we go along. I look forward to classes every week and suffer withdrawal symptoms if I have to miss one!

I would highly Recommend Vanessa's classes. Vanessa is such a friendly and motivated teacher. Plenty of free parking too. I can't always make classes and the fact you have a choice of pay as you go or to pay monthly is so helpful.

Vanessa's fitness factory what can I say an amazing qualified instructor, who makes the classes to suit your ability. They are good fun, very friendly people and it's a pleasure to go, I went on my own and didn't feel uncomfortable at all. You won't regret it. She's just qualified in Beam Block Yoga so can't wait to try that. Thank you Vanessa for making Fitness fun.

This place is fantastic Highly motivated instructor Classes to suit all abilities, if you’re got a injury/ medical issue Vanessa will advice what you can do / can’t do exercise wise. Vanessa always watches you to see if your doing things correctly and shows you if your not without being intimidating. Classes are hard work but we always have a laugh .
