If I could I would give this company zero stars. None of the staff they have sent to my home to repair my grout have been able to speak English. The first guy damaged multiple tile, so now those have to be replaced. One week later the second guy shows up to replace bad grout with new grout and replace tile and he \doesn't have the correct tools\. He leaves and tells me he is going to Home Depot but will be back. He never comes back. I am NOT using them again, ever. Disgraceful. There are far too many flooring companies to choose from to be wasting your time with Coastal Floors.
