World Class Service This company installed my dishwasher from Loews because installer At Your Service damaged my vinyl flooring hauling away my old stove. Loews needs to only use this installer. Thanks again to Rob and all the Coastal staff for your excellent work and exceptional customer service! I needed a new unit during one of the hottest periods of the summer (July 2020). I was told a new unit was immediately available but your installers were booked until mid-August. Somehow, you and your team later rec-contacted me to say you could install on July 30th. I was amazed and grateful! All Coastal employees I encountered were outstanding but particular thanks to Michelle, Joe, Jeff, Cathy and you. I regret that I did not get the names of the installers but they were great, too! I will rely on Coatal for my unit service and have already told friends about your outstanding work. My furnace fan could not start up due to a broken capacitor. Coastal charged 208 for the replacing one and 89 for service fee for working less than 1 hour. The capacitor(Genteq 97F9002) price is only around 10. A capacitor stores some energy to help motor start up, as I researched later. If you hear the motor trying to run, but fail to start up. It is very likely the capacitor goes bad. It is very common problem for AC fans. You can search some videos from youtube on how to test a capacitor and replace. It takes 15-20 minutes. Don't let those guys rip you off, or look for other AC firms.
