Our experience with Coastal Stone was top notch! Shane was instrumental in helping us consider all option and leading us to the right choice of stone for our remodel. As the install date grew closer, Sam was exceptional with ensuring the proper measurements were taken and the product fit precisely as it should. On the day of installation, Josh and John arrived on time and ready to work. They were professional, respectful and above all very skilled in their craft! The craftsmanship and attention to detail were what made this remodel a complete success. These guys didn't stop... they are the type of guys who work until its perfect and accept nothing less. Shane came by during the day to see if we had any questions and Bill came by after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied and happy with the end product. I would recommend this company every time not only because the product they provide is the best, but because their expertise and customer service are an absolute gem in a world were customer service has taken a back seat to the almighty dollar all to often.

Our experience with Coastal was nothing less than outstanding! We got three estimates that were all basically the same, but the customer service at Coastal was incomparable. We choose this family owned and run business and thank Billy, Shane, Sammy, Josh and Justin for their professional care. Our granite was installed in a timely manner and the team was here when expected. Follow-up was terrific!
My wife and I were looking for new countertops in our kitchen, and when I checked out the reviews of the local shops we were very impressed with the high ratings for Coastal Stone Countertops. Still, you don't know if your experience will be the same. I can tell you now that we are in complete agreement with all the 5 star reviews. When I called, I talked to Billy, and from the beginning he was very courteous and helpful. Two days after the call he was at our home checking out our kitchen for the estimate. The next day our estimate was emailed to us and we knew we were getting a very fair price. After stopping by the show room and talking with Billy, we picked the quartz pattern we wanted and went ahead with the process. The next step involved getting the template made. That is when we met Sammy, who happened to be as friendly as he was helpful. He didn't mind that we asked tons of questions, and answered them all. Two weeks later came the install, and once again Sammy was part of the team, and he paid attention to the smallest details and graciously put up with our side comments along the way. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the process and the quality of the work and the quality of the product. Most of all, it was a pleasure dealing with Billy, Sammy, and the all the people at Coastal Stone and we highly recommend them for their work and know that if we have any questions or problems in the future they will be there to help us.
I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work performed by Coastal Stone in the installation of our kitchen countertops. From start to finish they displayed the highest level of professionalism and work ethic imaginable. From the courteous showroom staff to the installation team's finished product, they were nothing short of excellent. Absolutely no hard-sell and very reasonable prices. They took the time to give us a tour of their operation, and were extremely helpful with any questions that we had. Billy Simpson did an outstanding job of guiding us through the whole process, and made sure we were totally comfortable with all cost and schedule events involved. The finished product exceeded our expectations thanks to the hard work and professionalism of the installation team, and their strict attention to every detail. They arrived at the time promised and worked diligently through every aspect of the install process, including a complete and spotless clean-up of the work area when done. In our opinion, Coastal Stone Countertops gets a ten star rating on a five star scale. Awesome job!!!
Coastal Stone did an incredible job in our Condo. We have had many challenges with our remodel and Coastal came and made this part of the job so easy. Billy went beyond customer service. When I called he came to measure on time, always answers or returns calls. When it was time for template same thing, Today was installation day and they arrived right at 10:30 am and did an incredible professional high quality job.
