Reach out to the state board and report this facility, they do NOT care about victims all they seem to care about is getting their clients to be in financial compliance of paying them. A treatment provider wrote one thing on my daughter fathers report but had told me something differently even documented in email to his progress report to the courts.oh and further digger the “ victims Advocate contact “ Alex Ferris is some how related to the Margaret Ferris, Agency Administrator... don’t trust family run company’s...

One star? Ghetto and terrible! The way they treat you and the interrogative communication style? ZERO sense of kindness and professionalism, these guys are really nasty and mafia! Don't go here if you have some respect left for yourself.

Unorganized, unprofessional. Constantly finding out new \fees\ every time we speak. Treatment was alright but made me want to relapse. Super stressful. No communication to one another yet make you out to be the bad guy. One more session & in DONE. Tired of all of this

One star is absalutely to much to give this place, horrible experience with them, took them for ever to complete an evaluation, I called to speak to a supervisor twice no phone calls were returned, wish I would have done my homework before entrusting these ppl. UPDATE: took my evalution package they sent me to another Treatment center and had them read and score it, They came up with something completely different all the way around.. These ppl. are crooks !!!

The counselors are compassionate and extremely good at what they do. I can't recommend Coastal enough.
