Since I have seen a lot of Doctors in my Life ( Military and Civilians) I have had good and not so good Doctors. I am going by Bedside Manners plus.. There has been only 3 Doctors that stand out, and one of them is at Harnett Health Medical. I call my Doctor Mr. T He is very patient , listens to you and takes the Time to find out what your health issues are. I would recommend Mr. T to any one, plus Harnett Health which have Great Doctors. A I am more partial to Mr. T..️️

I've been treated by PA richard. Every appointment is just 1 insulting comment after another. He's asked my wife if she ever shuts up. Prescribes me medication for Cholesterol and a year later it's worse. When I asked him if that meant I need different meds he said that medicine won't solve all my problem and still has not addressed my issues. Refered me to a specialist over 8 months ago and still waiting for an appointment for a fractured verdibra. Spent most of my last appointment trying to blame for not getting a specialist but I can't do anything until they do there job. If you have a cold you may want to go there but for anything serious I'd go outside harnett heath care altogether. They spend more time trying to blame the patient then they do their jobs. I've got better treatment from medical students that are there then pa richard. I guess when an old man gets around a bunch of young girls he thinks he cool. If you do have problems don't waste ur time going to there patient advocate department. It sound like they are there to help but really are just an excuse department for their health care providers. The worst medical service I ever got in my life was from coats medical services and harnett health. Im surprised they haven't been sued. YET. Been nothing but a waste of time and money. I would record ur visits if you want to make sure ur not lied about so they can blame you for their incompetents. Now have a choose to start all over or deal with some smart mouth old man that thinks he's funny. But really is a joke. If I can ever get my referral to go thru going to change to a better place. U would think with they money they charge they'd do a better job. NO HEROS HERE.

Went for a small visit. Received blood work and then over a week later started receiving phone calls while at work (cannot answer so they went to voicemail All stating to call back) I called back on my lunch break. Never could reach anyone, today I got hung up on twice. After each failed attempt at them contacting me I left them a message with the hours they could call me in between and left verbal permission that they could leave a voicemail including confidential information if needed. Also signed all the paperwork stating They could leave a voicemail. They never called me within those hours. Still have no clue my results and they refuse to just fax them. Will not go there again.

Moved to Coats NC. In May of this year, made appointment in July for Doctor and went in gave them all of my info including Medicare info, Health Care Power of attorney, info on my previous doctor in South Carolina. At my first appointment, on July 24 2019 They said they didn't have any info from SC doctor yet, but refilled my prescriptions and did a general checkup and gave me an appointment for10/8/2019. Went in for appointment today and they said I was called in September and they had changed appointment to another day, however, I never received call. I asked for all my paperwork and chart so I could go somewhere else. All they could give was a copy Medicare card, and chart of my 1st visit They apparently had lost the rest of my info and had never called or reached out to doctor in SC. Will find another doctor who really cares and keeps medical paperwork safe.

Dr. Moore was my physician since 1995. Upon his passing I started seeing his daughter, Dr. Linda Robinson, whom I adore. She’s always been more like a friend than a doctor. She is amazing and I know her Dad would be so proud.
