Utterly unprofessional! My mother waited three days for her medication, called on the second day after being told they will call back but nothing, until she decided to go in today to find out what’s going on and in the meantime they stated they hadn’t known of it And they didn’t have the prescription but after a thorough search they had found it. Once again completely useless staff members.

Brilliant team, listens to your problem and does their best to solve it, ie phoning me when repeat prescription came through and supporting my mum who's short term memory is not good, so she could easily pick it up for me as I was so dizzy. 10/10 thank you!!!
