This place is a sweat shop. Most employees are related, favoritism is quite common, and the gosip is over the top. A few good people but not many. Weak and very unorganized management also lacks team work. Also the smell of chemicals and resin causing rashes is very unhealthy and the dust is nasty. If you value your health and safety steer clear and don't be fooled by a toxic work environment
