Always find something here, even when I'm not looking, lol. And always for a great price.
In the store for 1 hour. Back and forth 3x to get other Jeans to try one. Only time I was acknowledged was "are you okay" as an employee walked by with a box. I replied I'm not sure. She kept walking. At one point I had my hands full and was juggling articles while trying to find the Jean size I needed. Two employees chatting at the counter ignoring me. I finally went up to the counter with 3pr jeans, overalls, 2 tops and a sweater. At the point I was told I would have to wait as they where changing the cash over. Well that did it for me! I told them never had I experienced such horrible customer service! The excuse from the new female employee was "Im a new hire" and the reply from the male employee was "I only work one day a week". I then asked for the managers name...Tina. No last name given when asked. Asked for her card...didn't have one. Asked for her contact number....didn't know it. Asked well how do you reach her in an emergency. FACEBOOK was the reply! Walked out and went to Bootlegger which is where I should have gone in the first place. There I had fantastic service and gladly spent 387.00!! Bluenotes up your customer service or you won't last in the Northumberland Mall Cobourg.
Needed more selection of clothes. Little plain and bland.
