The receptionist was very friendly, and explained covid and hygiene protocol very well. Dr Natal explained all the processes of the examination very thoroughly. It was definitely the most complete eye exam that my husband or I have ever received. We are very pleased to have found this optometry office as we are new to Cobourg. Thank you for a great experience.
