Just ended a 6 month nightmare with another ISP and have gone back to Eagle. Definitely more responsive and MUCH easier to deal with than Namecheap - you might pay a little bit more, but dealing with an Ontario provider with excellent support team is worth it.
Helpful to get a new phone card and to let me know that I can do that by phone.

Great experience. My husbands cell phone stopped working yesterday. He went to Eagle, the local Telus store. He was greeted right away and they started working on trying to resolve the phone issue. They were unable to get the phone working. I Was then helped by Jane. She suggested an upgrade and he had the new phone in his hand working in an hour. She then helped me organize a warranty replacement on the old phone. He was very happy with the service. Thanks to Eagle and Jane.
