One of the worst customer services around!! Not only did the manager tell me that I had a 15 days if I didn’t want the phone to return it no problem at all!! THAT WAS A LIE…. Tried to return it Friday to some girl who has her bright big head phones on not paying any attention to any one! I had to look at her a wave for help. Said I couldn’t return it and gave me some stupid excuse why. Call Fido and tell me that I should be able to return it no problem and that they have never heard of that before. Next day return the phone no problem easy….. OR SO I THOUGHT. Month later I get a bill for 1,055.21. Call FIDO and they tell me that they didn’t return it correctly and I need to go in Store. WOW huge bill and I don't even have the phone or service!! NEVER GO HERE!!!!
