I've had 6 Fords and all through Fraser. Service is top notch at the Cobourg location. Oshawa has excellent service as well but the smaller towns offer that quick service and very personal touch. If your looking come by the service department and stop by. You will NOT be disappointed. Tell them Dean sent ya!

They fix and maintain my work vehicle, my personal truck and car. I have had no problem with their workmanship . They have fixed problems with my work truck that other Ford dealers tried but could not fix.
I wanted to reach out to Fraser Ford located in Cobourg for the incredible customer service that I recently received when purchasing my new Ford Explorer. Greg the salesman knew his product and without hesitation could answer all the questions that I had. I had a budget and was shown vehicles within my budget no pressure in fact Greg suggested that I not rush and to think about the investment prior to making a decision. I made comment that I would make a partial down payment and Greg pulled up the financing rate from Ford Motor Company on his computer that was far less than the rate I had on my line of credit. I drove home thinking about the vehicle and called back that I was going to move forward. Within minutes I got a call back from Justin who painlessly went through the financial process with some suggestions such as extended warranty but absolutely no pressure. Purchasing this Ford Explorer was such a phenomenal experience and was so impressed with the team work at this dealership. The experience was exceptional and Fraser Ford is far from a typical dealership the salesman knew his stuff and the transaction is personal. It was well work my 90 minute drive to Cobourg. As for the Ford Explorer it is absolutely amazing!!!

I bought a car here a couple years ago but had some negative equity with it, the salesman, Anil, was able to put together a deal for me. I visited them last week and felt completely blown off. Looks like my last vehicle will be a one-and-done for this dealership. Updating from 2 to 4 stars. One of the managers (Ryan) called me in regards to the initial review I left above. Was actually there the day of and echoed my concern. Assured me that what occurred was not common. Of my three visits there it was the first time I slighted. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as my prior dealings with the particular salesman were not like that. Update #3. Ryan advised me that they had no stock but stated he would have a colleague from Fraser Dodge in Oshawa contact me, would help me out etc... The salesman did contact me, was polite etc,... I advised what I was looking and he got back to me with a quote of more than 100 more per month than the other 3 dodge dealers I visited, (Roadsport, Peel and Ajax) and similarly equipped vehicles. I'd avoid these guys personally.
My father called this afternoon inquiring about a F-150. He asked for the price and the salesmen (STUART) on the phone replied: "too much money". YES, my father does speak with an accent; he is educated and fluent in 4 languages. There was no reason for STUART to judge my father, or anyone based on something as simple as an accent and equate that to what he thinks someone can or cannot afford or even merely inquire about. For anyone looking to purchase a Ford, avoid this location and the ignorance of this particular employee, unless you speak English fluently I suppose. Fraser Ford, you get one star only because AFTER BEING INSULTED by Stuart, and literally saying "Listen, I have money", he got the answer to his question.
I don’t know what’s going on with any of the Ford dealers service departments with not answering their phones, but I called this place around 4 pm and I told them what was wrong with my vehicle. They got me an appointment first thing in the morning when they open, they said it would take an hour. It probably took around 35 40 minutes not long at all, everyone was very nice there. I thought it was really good service for not buying my truck there, and it was covered under warranty so that was nice. To put this into comparison with another dealer where I bought my Ford, I called Taylor Ford and their Service department wouldn’t answer. So they took my name and number, I called Frazer Ford right after they got me in immediately. Taylor Ford didn’t call me to the next day and hour before they closed. Let’s just say I had nothing nice to say to him
