Just purchased the E32 gas bbq insert. Very impressed with the knowledge of the rep that assisted me on Saturday. She educated me and was straight forward on the pros and cons of the different brands. She really knew the products. She said another rep would call me the following Tuesday to book an appointment at my home. On the Tuesday I received the call and the visit has been booked. I am very impressed with this store and would recommend it to everyone.

We contacted Friendly Fires to resolve some issues we were having with our gas fireplace. Bobby & Zachary were the two technicians who provided the service. They were excellent, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions , explained how the new thermostat worked and resolved all of the issues. I would highly recommend Friendly Fires for the professional quality service and customer focus they deliver.
Excellent service---we have had a very positive experience from the initial selection of our fireplace style to the final installation yesterday: everything was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. In particular, the installers (James and Zac) were exceptional---carefully covering our hardwood floor, continuously focused on their job, always courteous and informative. I'd highly recommend this company and its employees.

We'll see how long it takes to get service for my pellet stove I called on a Monday morning Jan 11, 2021 and was told that a service tech would call maybe at the end of this week or could be next week or maybe the week after to set up an appointment. You would have thought that the service would be a little bit faster seeing I had told him that it was the igniter wasn't working. Right now it is just an expensive piece of furniture. Good thing that it isn't my only source of heat. Poor service They came out to replace the igniter on Feb 28 in the mean time in the first week of the stove being down I got a call from Friendly Fires on how to start the stove without the ignitor. When I first went with Friendly Fires they only had 2 stores now they have 5. They service tech was good at his job and explained to me one thing i was doing wrong which should make this igniter last longer.
