Took my 99 year old Mom in for hearing aids (finally!). My mom was worried about everything and once Lynne met with her and did all the testing she completely chilled out and it went very smoothly. Lynne obviously has lots of experience in this specialty area helping people with hearing problems. My mom purchased the Ooticon OPN hearing aids which were excellent. After a month Oticon came out with a new 2021 model called ‘More’. Lynne let my Mom upgrade to the ‘More’ and only charged the small diff in price. There were a couple of learning curves involved and now my Mom hears almost perfectly which is very cool! Definitely recommend this store! Lindsay who works in reception is also very efficient and on the ball. Highly recommend!!
