Wes and his team put me in my dream car for under my budget. They were able to get me into my car 2 days before promised as well. When I had a slight issue I called them and they got me right in and had the part replaced that day!! They have really made my car buying experience amazing and I will buy from them again and I highly recommend them as well. Great customer service and a great experience all around. My partner and I recently purchased a 2009 Mazda. We were very happy with the support Sebastian gave us in selecting our vehicle. In addition, the staff was very professional and when the financing company delayed us getting the vehicle for almost a week, the team at JC&DC drove the vehicle to our home (in Peterborough), to prevent us from having to wait longer to get the vehicle. Unfortunately, the only issue that we encountered was that less than a month after we purchased the vehicle we were required to pay upwards of 500 to completely replace the muffler and all the connections, despite the fact that it was inspected and safetied prior to purchase.
This is an update to a previous review. I did not purchase the ATV mentioned in the review. I did however, have further transactions with Wes, and as they say: \a picture is worth a thousand words\. The picture backs my previous claim of a vehicle for everyone. This was a dream car for me, now it's reality. I could easily write 1000 words about JC & DC Motors. Would they be read? Not likely! The picture says it all. You owe it to yourself to check out the selection and meet the knowledge and very helpful Staff. Many thanks to Wes, and the rest of the staff. First Post If you're looking for wheels, from street bikes to an awesome work truck like I brought, JC&DC MOTORS has clean, dependable, affordable wheels for everyone. Wes provided great service while complying with all the guidelines designed to keep us all safe. A small service issue was fixed beyond my expectations. Hopefully I will be returning to pick up the ATV I'm hoping to close a deal on today. Wes and the entire staff at JC&DC MOTORS made the whole buying experience pleasant and above all , SAFE! Looking forward to dealing here in the future.
Had a great experience buying a car from them. The staff are very friendly and it's great customer service. Would definitely recommend JCDC to anyone who's looking for a vehicle and I would certainly buy from them again.
