Love the food here!!! Stopped in here a few times now on my way through Cobourg. It’s pretty much my go to. Great service too, love it! Try them out for sure if you’re in the area.

The BEST!!! Have been visiting Canada a couple of times from Dubai. So lucky to have found this cute place nestled in the town of Cobourg with a beautiful patio and now it’s my only go to place for pizzas! The crust, sauce, fresh cheese and toppings, loaded with taste, lip licking flavor and aroma, complemented by great service throughout. I don’t think I would crave pizza other than Jim’s. Keep it up guys!!
Visited Cobourg for the first time for some work, and decided to try Jim’s pizza, and oh man it was one of the best pizza’s i’ve ever had. Also tried their lasagna which was top notch. might have to drive an hour to have some Jim’s pizza again
Had Jim's pizza tonight for the first time in a month.....and am so disappointed. Seemed to be different people working there now (new owner?) and the pizza was nowhere as good as before. Really sad if this isn't the same place anymore! Pizza wasn't 1/2 as good as before Way less cheese than usual and barely enough sauce which had none of the good oregano flavour we remembered. We'll try once more....sad if this iconic name is done.
Went with the owners suggestion which was Jims Combo. It was a little on the pricey side (24 medium including tax and pop). You could taste the freshness in the ingredients. The crust was unique but good. Thought there could be a little more sauce so would suggests ordering extra sauce. It stands out in the Top when compared against chain pizzas. I would come back again.
