I recently had a house inspection done by Dan Kidd, and can honestly say that I was pleased with everything before, during, and after. Dan was able to arrange an inspection on short notice, at a convenient time. During the inspection, Dan was spot on in his viewings. He allowed me to watch and helped educate me, a rather inexperienced home owner, on what was in my new house. Dan did a great inspection in a very reasonable amount of time. The detailed report came promptly and was excellent in outlining the house as it was, the good, and the bad. Thanks a lot Dan, 10/10 would recommend.
Dan completed the home inspection on my first home. Dan was professional, kind, and explained things in a way that made sense for a 'first time home buyer'. Dan got back to me immediately, and was able to have my inspection and report written up in a timely fashion. Both his walk through and report were thorough and was available for follow up questions. Both myself, my father and my real estate agent appreciated working with him, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their home inspected! 10/10
