Newly renovated Metro seems to have it all. It's still the pretentious place to shop in Cobourg and the prices reflect that. However, if you're looking for a wide variety of products, then Metro it is. High end cheeses and meats for all your hosting needs. And the seafood selections are fantastic. Helpful, friendly staff always ready to help.

Asked for a \deluxe\ sandwich platter and got this thrown together mess of sandwiches. To be fair we did call 4 hours before pickup for this.. . But for 50 I would expect it to look a tad more presentable!!! Not worth 50 at all.
Great place usually only go for the sale items because they are a little pricey but have great sales. Today I went for 1 item and left with a couple clearance items and my lunch which was large enough for my dinner tonight. Terrific deli and the bakery is fantastic as well.
I shop Metro a couple times a week. The deli is fresh and there are always pre-made meals to choose from. Its very clean, spacious and employees are friendly and eager to help. Prices are a bit higher but the quality is better. I would recommend Metro.
Metro has transformed this shopping experience to shop in one place. With a drug store and all your favourite drinks.plus cooked items as well. And great pizzas. A 10 out of 10 for.me
