If I could give a zero or a negative number I would! This business did a oil change on my vehicle and failed to tighten the drain plug and filter. I had to have it towed to a dealership to fix their wrong and they refused to pay for any damages. AVOID IF YOU LIKE YOUR MOTOR. When owner was told he laughed.
